(New Lineage Application + 1st year dues)

New Lineage Application: $240 / £200 / €230

Supplemental Application: $180 / £150 / €175

Annual Dues:

(Full Lineage Membership): $70 / £52 / €60

ASSOCIATE MEMBER ANNUAL FEE $35 / £25 / €29
